Yes. Eco-certified products, microfiber cloths, vacuums with HEPA filters, and any ladders or specialty tools needed for the job. You don't need to provide anything. If you'd like us to use a specific product you already have on site, just let us know at the walkthrough.
Not in the standard scope. We clean interior windows (glass, sills, tracks) but not exterior glass, siding, or balconies — these need a partner with the right equipment and access. We can refer one as part of the quote if it helps.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and are registered with the Registre des entreprises du Québec (NEQ available on request). Proof of insurance is attached to every quote. We don't sub-contract the clean — the same team is on site, every time.
