In-Person is the deeper engagement: a 2-hour on-site visit with measurements, then a written concept, moodboard, and a full sourcing list with specific items, vendors, and prices. Virtual is built from photos and a floor plan you send us, scoped to a single room, and ends on the same kind of written plan — just without the on-site visit. Both come with one round of revisions.

Yes — that's the model. We don't sell product, and we don't take a margin on furniture or finishes. The sourcing list names the specific item, the vendor, the price, and (where possible) one or two alternatives at different price points. You buy what you want, when you want, from wherever you want. If you'd rather we coordinate the purchase and the delivery on your behalf, we can do that as a separate add-on.

For Virtual Design, yes — the engagement is remote by definition, so the property can be anywhere with a camera and a floor plan. For In-Person Design, we work across Greater Montréal (Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, West Island, South Shore, Laurentides). Outside that radius, the on-site visit adds a travel fee and the timeline stretches. Send the address and we'll be straight with you about whether it works.

Often, the design plan leads and the other services follow: a Design engagement can include a Sourcing list that feeds the Renovation scope, or a Pre-Listing Plan that hands off to a Home Staging day. We also see clients come in the other direction — a Staging or Renovation that surfaces a layout question, which becomes a Design engagement. The four services share a brief, a flat-quote model, and the same project manager across the project.
