Owner-occupied 1,400 sq ft loft. Furniture was already theirs; we added rugs, art, plants, and lighting only.

The Brief

What the client needed.

A young couple moving to Berlin for work needed to sell their loft before the summer. They had lived there for four years; the place felt personal, lived-in, and a little dark. They did not want a full vacant stage — and we agreed.

What We Did

The work, in sequence.

Sent in our stylist for a half-day. She worked with what was already there: tightened the bookshelf, replaced a few art prints, brought a large wool rug from the warehouse, and added two plants and a floor lamp. The total was 14 items, all rentable, all returned after the sale.

The Result

What changed.

Listed on a Friday. Three visits over the weekend. The highest offer came from a buyer who specifically said the apartment felt like someone actually lived there — in a good way.
